Cool-roof and Energy-Star compliant SBS-modified roofing reduces cooling loads and mitigates heat island effect.
The roof was built with a reflective material which absorbs minimal heat from sunlight, reducing the need for air conditioning. It is also where the first stage of the building’s self-contained storm water filtration system begins.
