Exterior Brick & Zinc
The exterior brick is locally produced, reducing transportation costs environmental factors related to construction.
The formed-zinc panels are regionally mined and manufactured in Tennessee, are non-corrosive so that the runoff won't harm vegetation or groundwater, is made with 30% reclaimed material and is 100% recyclable - all of which reduce its life cycle carbon footprint. The panels also absorb carbon dioxide and other air pollutants, and require virtually no maintenance.
Insulation between the zinc siding and the brick ensures that minimal amounts of heat and cold are lost depending on the season.
