Eco-friendly Upholstery
The upholstery of the chairs and sofas in lounges and classrooms is also made of 80% recycled plastic blended with cotton. This also prevents the toxic “off-gassing” found in traditional buildings. None of the adhesives or backing materials in the carpets or furniture contain volatile organic chemicals (VOC) that leak into the air.
All interior finishes in the building are also made with low-VOC substances, further reducing the exposure to toxins.
